It's an age-old dilemma, isn't it and yet some companies--maybe even your competition--are crushing it. My first experience with hockey stick growthcame when I was recruited as an early growth team member to work for STSN, where its revenues grew from $51,000 to just over $60mm in a few short years. It went on to produce well beyond 9 figures per year in revenue and become a "Unicorn" at one point.
